Strapped-4-Cache: Many thanks to the PM I received from the last finders. The area has apparently been taken over by beer-drinking litterbugs and I could not leave the cache container in such a place. I brought a bag and toted a good bit out along with the ammo can, but there was too much trash to really make a difference without some way of carting a couple of BIG bags out.
I've placed a call to the parks department to make them aware of the area, but since the spot is officially off of the park property they may not be able to do anything about it.
