Geocache Description:

The above coordinates are for the main Satnall Hills car park, although there are several alternative parking spots along the road through Cannock Chase here. The terrain is typical of the Chase – bracken and brambles with muddy paths. And remember, the cache is at Satnall HILLS.
If you are interested in geology, the cliff face sandwich is Keuper Marl between two layers of Bunter Sandstone.

You are first looking for two microcaches which give you the two halves of the final cache coordinates. Please be really careful to conceal them well once you have found them.

Microcache 1 (It is not a 35mm film container.)

N52 47.221 W002 01.632
This gives you the latitude of the final cache:
N52 47.(half of the last three Lichfield phone numbers, then subtract 7)

Microcache 2 (Neither is this!)

N52 47.085 W002 01.715
This gives you the longitude of the final cache:
W002 01.(last three phone numbers + last three fax numbers + 265)

Main cache
The cache was a small plastic lunch box hidden in the Satnall Hills area. It moved about sixteen paces from its original location, after most of its hiding place vanished!
23.08.11 Still hidden in this new spot, but now reduced in size (bring your own pen, remember) and under a stone. ALL of the original hiding place has gone now! But the new hiding place is easily recognisable.
