Geocache Description:

...Move Down! Move Down! Clean Cup! Clean Cup!

Anyone who is a fan of Disney's film adaptation of Lewis Carroll's "Alice in Wonderland" will recall the Mad Hatter's tea party and the above quote from the movie. How often in life have each of us experienced that same feeling of chaos?! Well, don't let your guard down now! This cache, much like the Mad Hatter's tea party, will be in a continual state of change, with each cacher adding and deleting a rule. The cache container has been placed in a wooded area just off the section of the canal park trail located on Route 173 in Warners. Parking is available at Reed Webster Park, directly across Rte.173 from the trail entrance. The walk is a flat and easy one until shortly before you reach the cache's hiding spot, when you will then have to climb a slight grade and do a bit of bushwhacking. The cache is a standard ammo box (a Christmas gift from Tiny Moon and the Pumpkin King) and is filled with things related to Alice in Wonderland; teapots, roses (some red and some not), a deck of cards, and of course, rabbits. After all, it was a rabbit that started the whole adventure.

In order to claim the cache as found, you must follow the rules as stated below. Once you have completed the required tasks, you must then post your own new rule to your log, which we will then post to the "official" rule list below so that the next cacher to read the log and seek the cache will be required to perform all listed rules, including yours, before logging the find.

All rules must be legal, safe, and easy to perform, and in the spirit of geocaching. They must also be of a nature that can be demonstrated, by way of uploaded photos or text incorporated in the log, as having indeed been performed. Any posted tasks that are deemed not in keeping with the theme of the cache will be deleted. Making your chosen rule creative, whimsical, silly, and fun for those who will be visiting the cache after you will make things all the more interesting.

****THE OFFICIAL TASK LIST AS OF May 14th, 2010****:

#1: While logging your find, describe the worst/funniest reaction of your family/friends to your addiction to geocaching.

#2: Post a picture of a teacup, preferably cracked, in keeping with the cache theme.

#3: Find and list a way to help save a tree.

#4: Post a photo of yourself eating or drinking at a tea party.

#5: What's the most bizzarre/interesting thing that you've ever found in a cache?

#6: Eliminate any rule you wish, including this one, and add another rule to replace the one you eliminate.

#7: Who was the first cacher you met while out caching?.
