A Decon Container Between a Highway and a Medical Clinic
I'm not sure that "Being of Sound Mind" describes the average geocacher (especially me) but here is a cache on the Highway 84 right-of-way near a psychology clinic. You can park at the clinic after hours, or along the access road at any time. Should be an easy find.
