This is a replacement of the original Niguel Botanical Preserve cache (now archived) which disappeared, ammo can and all. New location, new container. Please replace as hidden, pushed in, with the piece of wood on top. Bring a pen for signing the log.
To reach this cache you will take a walk through the Niguel Botanical Preserve, a rustic area comprised of a mixture of trails. Some trails are paved, some are packed dirt and others are stairs made from railroad ties. The Preserve has been an ongoing project for several years, developed when funds and volunteers are available. Much has been done by local Eagle Scouts, especially the building and placing of several benches in shady spots.
