On Saturday April 9th we will be having a Geo-breakfast in Zephyr Park located in Zephyrhills. Get out of the city and come to the Hills for small town and some country caching. Parking coords are N 28 13.831 W 082 11.030. Meet and greet will be held from 9 until noon.
B.Y.O.C. (coffee) as there is no electricity at the site. Ice will be provided for your cold drinks. Paper plates, cups, utensils will be provided as well as some breakfast foods and drinks. Please bring your favorite breakfast item to share and post it with your reply.
There are plenty of caches in the Zephyrhills and Dade City area. Blackwater Creek Nature Preserve south of Zephyrhills now has 17 caches on the south side of the creek and 4 caches on the north side, possibly more to come. Wonderful caching opportunity if you are up to an afternoon of hiking.
This event is TB friendly, bring some to trade and place.
We are planning on placing several new caches in the area prior to the event.
There will be geo bingo with 1st 2nd and 3rd prizes. Discussions on paperless caching and cito.
