Site of the former Invisible Pond cache. Neighborhood kids and poor
cache placement has been the cause of many problems here in the
past. You are looking for a micro that will hopefully avoid the
local kid muggles.
My daughters live very close to this cache and most of the kids in
the neighborhood knew about the previous cache. Amazing it lasted
so long. Not a typical GeoRoo cache. No great views, no hike
involved. In the middle of a neighborhood, but the container is a
departure from my normal ones. I hated to see another cache go by
the wayside and seeing that so many have found it, decided it would
live on. This land is city property, so don't let the nearest
neighbor tell you otherwise.
Update: Feb.22, 2006 New replacement cache that I'll try. It's
changed from the previous one. Past logs will not apply. Bumped up
the difficulty due to so many prior DNFs. Let's see how this one
plays. Please watch for muggles and rehide well.
