You're looking for one of those camo-taped mini cooler-shaped containers that formerly housed Gatorade mix. Mmm. Bring pen to sign logbook.
There are several ways of attacking this cache. Some are almost completely paved, and some involve slight off-roading. Whatever way you approach, I hope that at some point, you find your way to the nearby seawall/boardwalk that stretches nearly 1/2 a mile along the beach. It is far less crowded and far less appreciated than the city's main seawall downtown, but we believe it to be the more enjoyable of the two.
Signs of commercial development surround this untouched area, as a partial result of the nearby Packery Channel dredging project. Within a few years, I imagine this cache will have to be relocated because of all the development, but until then, please enjoy.
