This is a micro cache hidden at a location on the edge of Kurwongbah Dam.
This is a micro cache hidden at a location on the edge of Kurwongbah Dam.
Take some time to have a look at the birdlife in the area, the day that the cache was placed there were numerous species around including: Bee Eaters, Swallows, Black Swan, Ducks, Dollar Bird to name a few.
Also worth having a look at the spillway and the rocky Sideling Creek just below the spillway.
If you struggle to extract the container from its hiding place, please try a prod from behind (you just need to work out how to do that!!).
No swaps please as this is a Micro Cache and will not have space.
Wheelchair access as far as about 1 Metre from the cache, is by way of grassy track approx 1km from carpark. (No gradient).
