Geocache Description:

Owyhee desert, need vehicle with good clearance. Easy in dry weather, careful when its wet.

This is on a hill with a great view of typical Owyhee country. Rock Hounds and people with Rock Tumblers can find lots of Obsidian scattered around here. The small black oval nuggets of volcanic glass tumble polish well and are called Apache tears in the southwest. Maybe we should call them Piute or Shoshone tears. Cache is a small white plastic container 1"x 4" with log book & pencil.
