To find the cache you will need to go to the given coordinates for part one and part two. Use the information found there to solve the puzzle and obtain the coordinates for the final cache (part 3).
This cache is named for the sign you will be reading at part one as you will go to a site an Iroquois group camped at.
The coordinates above take you to a sign, write down the contents as you will need to use part of the text as key to solve the puzzle.
Next travel to part 2 at N 43 15.594, W 077 40.082. (alternate -> 15.593, 40.078) I suggest parking at N 43 16.057, W 077 39.950 for this part. At part 2 you will find instructions on what part of the sign to use as the key. You are looking for a film cannister.
Now solve the puzzle to decrypt the following:

Remember to "playfair."
The final cache is now a camoed altoids container and is hidden in the obvious spot. The original larger container was stolen. It fits no trade items. It is located in a park known as "Hidden Valley" in my youth. Please replace it as you found it or hide it better. It is near a main trail. Recommended parking coordinates for this final part are: N 43 14.280, W 077 40.440
