When I placed the first stage, there was plenty of room on this road to pull off to the side and very little traffic. At the second stage, it looks like it could get muddy if you get off the main roadway in wet weather. If you walk to second stage, terrain rating is a 2 star. Also, it seems that mosquitos come out at times so be prepared with DEET.
I just happened on this area while finishing up a run of caches along the Feather River near Oroville. It was so enjoyable that I thought I would add to the fun. This one gives you a very different view than the others. There are a few little items in the cache-- some for little kids and some for big kids. FTF gets first pick. I wish you fun in the hunt!
