Geocache Description:

There's little need for stealth until the VERY MOMENT of the grab since obvious non-locals wandering uncertainly with maps, printouts, guidebooks and hi-tech handhelds are ubiquitous in this tourist oriented neighborhood.

Sit down on the bench with the life size bronze statue of an unlikely humanitarian and consider the possible cache locations. It’s literally 5 steps away. Don't even THINK about muggles until you KNOW where the cache is or can SEE the attachment point. Then time your grab and make it look like part of an awkward morning wake-up stretch. The cache is a log-only micro and NOT hidden in the bushes, hanging from a tree branch nor is it in a trash receptacle, newspaper rack nor the big triangular advertising display.

In good weather muggles will be about 20 feet away often including firefighters and police officers. So make your one-handed grab as smoothly as possible. Sorry, the shoe-tying ruse won’t work for this cache.

If you're interested, 1 block N is the Japanese American National Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art “Geffen at Contemporary” and the “Go For Broke” WW2 Japanese-American veterans’ memorial.

The LITTLE TOKYO'S SECRET MALL cache (GCNB0C) is 1 block S & then E a 1/2 block.
