The cache is on a public road, there is no need to climb the fence, however there is a gate to pass through to get to the cache, please shut the gate going in and going out as there are sometimes stray sheep in the enclosed road. (In really wet weather please walk from the gate to avoid cutting the track up too much, it’s not far to walk.)
This cache is a large plastic ammo container with a screw top (pictured) we have left a piece of material near so that you can spread the goodies on it to take a good look without losing anything.
Please make sure the cache is well concealed when you leave. If you happen to go in the daylight hours there will be nice views of the hills and the sea, you may even see the cache owners checking on their sheep in the adjacent paddock.
Would dog owners please keep their dog on the road as there are often sheep in the nearby paddock and they are easily stressed.
