Geocache Description:

Good ole' fashioned 50 cal. ammo box hidden along the road.

This cache backs up to Erwin Park but it is not actually in the park. There's an obvious place to park when you get there but look both ways before crossing the road. The cache is camoed but very easy to see. Also watch out for thorns. I would suggest getting the cache, taking it to your car to sign the log and then walking it back. Initially there are a lot of interesting things that are worth looking at.

Now for the contents. Some of you might remember the bamboo chips I put in some caches last fall. This time I've taken Sea Hearts (which are really just drift seeds) and etched some esoteric symbols into them. There are 10 in the box, each one with a different symbol. Each Sea Heart is in it's own custom bag and has a little card explaining the nature of the symbol carved into it. Each one also has it's own ziplock bag to keep the bag clean, the symbol is also drawn on the ziplock so it's easier to identify. Please take only one. I'd like to see them travel around but if you get attached to one, then I understand. Also in the box a lucky rabbits foot (unlucky for the rabbit), a little ceramic buddha wrapped in a piece of leather and a Crucifix Fish. One last thing, this is not a religious cache but some of the items my have some religious meaning. If you don't care for the items just sign the log. I am just doing this for fun.

Congrats to CacheSafari for being the FTF! AND Dropping off a Voodoo Doll!!!
