This is the first of what I hope to be many such events annually here in the Palouse.
The event start time is set for 9 AM, meet at the picnic area. We'll have a potluck BBQ have the trash has been picked up ~~ tenatively to start at 11 AM.
Make sure to bring a side dish for the BBQ and what you would like to grill. It would be greatly appreciated if a couple of extra "grills" could make it there also. 
Tee Shirts can be ordered from Groundspeak. Or, if you want, I can order them if you can get me the money and your order by April 2nd, so that we can get the tees here in time for the event. Please either contact me or post in your log. Make sure you let me know size and number of shirts.
UPDATE UPDATE 04/13/05 Went out with LadyStevenson to check out the site again. The picnic area doesn't seem to have any bbq's, so any grills that can make it WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
LadyStevenson and I will be placing a cache for the event and it will have an International Flavor to it. Be prepared for that and if possible, bring something along to trade that would represent the area that you are from and/or USA as the items put into the cache for trade, will go to Australia as replenishment for the sister cache over there...
IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, bring along some gloves to pick up the trash with.
