CROATAN BEACH
Croatan Beach is three quarters of a mile long
and stretches from Rudee Inlet to Camp Pendleton.
Lifeguard services are provided along the entire beach front.
There are bathrooms, showers and drinking fountains.
There are 2 designated surfing areas.
One at the north at Rudee Inlet & one to the south at Camp Pendleton.
April 1 through September 30
Lot hours: 6 am to 8:30 pm
Parking is Free: 6 am until 10 am
After 10 am
Beach Residents - $3
Non-Beach Residents - $5
October 1 through March 30
Lot hours are from 7 am to 5:30 pm
Parking is Free
The lot will be closed on designated days during the year when the
National Guard uses the rifle range at Camp Pendleton for target practice.
This cache will not be accessible during these times.
