This series of six caches was placed in order
to alleviate the mundane bore of traveling between Oklahoma City
and Tulsa on the Turner Turnpike. All of these can be retrieved
WITHOUT exiting the toll-portion of the turnpike (in other
words, there will be no charge for getting on and off the
turnpike).
In Eastbound 3, you're looking for a magentic
key box.
