Geocache Description:

Lock-N-Lock plastic container

Welcome to Mount Vernon’s Boat ramp.

From here you will have a very nice view of the river. All of the places that I will take you are out in the open. So be careful not to draw too much attention from the muggles.
**********************************
OK everyone is in luck right now. One of the trees that I was taking you to in the instructions below, was blown down by Katrina. So here are the coords to the final cache. Once I have a chance to come up with a new puzzle I will delete these coords. N31 05.330 W087 58.786
**********************************

The posted coordinates take you to a survey marker in the ground. From this location find the compass heading to the center of the 4 large man-made items on the same side of the river. (Don’t go to these items, & don’t go down the hill behind you!) These items rise out of the ground and support things that cross the river. Round your results to the nearest 10. Take that number and add 110. This will be ABC.
Now go to a tree that is at N31 05.338 W087 58.741. This tree has a marker on it. There are 2 other trees nearby with similar markers on them. Find the distance listed on each of these 3 markers and add them up. Take that number multiply by 6 and add 43.2. This will be XYZ.
Now fill in the blanks to the final cache location.

N31 05.ABC W087 58.XYZ

Make sure you cover the cache back up after you finish.

While you’re here try to find the location of what the 3 signs point to. To the best of my knowledge you won’t find anything. Just a point on this big spinning ball of dirt, water and rock that the US Army Corps of Engineers find important.
