This is a stand alone cache and also part of the "I Caught a Whopper in Hayward" mystery cache.
This cache is located in an area near the half-way point of the American Birkebeiner. The Birkie is the largest cross-country ski race in the U.S. Park in the lot across from the warming hut and bathrooms. You will NOT walk on the ski trail to find the cache. You may see skiers, mountain bikers, or hikers depending on the season. The cache is an ammo box.
This is part of the "I Caught a Whopper in Hayward" mystery cache. The number under the lid replaces the letter "D".
