Geocache Description:

This is a walk up Down Tor, or around Down Tor. There are very good views of Burrator Reservoir and the surrounding area from the top. There is usually ample parking at Norsworthy Bridge (N50°30.350 W004°01.180) and the best start is from the NW public footpath.

We suggest taking in the spectacular Down Tor Cairn and stone row, which can be found at N50°30.363 W003°59.658. The stone row is about 350 metres in length.

The cache is a tupperware container approx 1 litre.

NOTE: Updated 14 April 2006 (Good Friday) at 10am, (website updated 11:30). A new clip lock box has been put in place to prevent water ingress, the clue has been updated to be more accurate and we have new co-ordinates as the others were 3m out.
