It has been one year since I placed "Beyond Grumpy" and there have only been 14 finds. I know that numbers aren't important but I'm going to place this cache at the bottom of the trail to encourage others to hike up the hill.
If you park at Borchard Rd. and Los Vientos Dr., park your car on Los Vientos (N 34 10.767 W 118 57.655) and walk up Borchard to N 34 10.770 W 118 57.740. Step over the low fence and go down the small trail through the bushes. At the bottom you will see a wide trail going up the hill to "Beyond Grumpy" (about a half mile up the hill) and several other older caches.
This cache is only 60 feet from Borchard Rd. and is located in a small grove of Eucalyptus trees. Take you GPS readings before you leave the road and west and north side of the grove. Your GPS will not give you a good reading anywhere near the cache.
