Take A Rest Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

NavySparksandtheMrs: This cache had a good run and I hope everyone had fun finding it.
I have decided to archive it and open the area for someone to hide a new cache here.

Geocache Description:

Parking within 50 to around 100 feet and just one fairly steep climb of about 10 feet.

Sadly Marky was correct (as I fully expected he was) that Muggles have taken off with the original cache just days after I placed it. From the looks of the grass around the original cache location there seems to have been a night time party going on.

At first I planned to just replace it with a nearby micro but I am darned if I am going to let Muggles make me give up that easy. So, I have replaced the cache with a slightly smaller Rubber Maid type container a few feet away.

The new coordinates are:

N 37.28.181
W 122.17.524

Please be careful walking to where this new location will take you. It will be obvious why you should use care.

Lets hope this new cache has a long life.

This location should be handy for those of you who often go up and down Edgewood Road or Highway 280. Some spots in the immediate area can give you a nice view of the mountains.

Please be aware of the many bicyclists that use Edgewood Road to head out to Portola Road or over to the coast.

NOTE: Today 11 June 2006 I checked on the cache and I found the ground cover is not as it was when I did the hide. Please be sure that the cache is out of sight when you put it back. Thanks!
