**The old Cobb Estate at the top of Lake Avenue is the starting point for many popular trails and caches. These caches are for the hardy cachers. What about the lazy cachers? Here is a series for you! The Cobb Estate is a nice place to wander around. We hid four caches in about an hour. It was a hot day, and we felt we had a good enough workout, but then, we are lazy cachers! When it cools down, we hope to add some more.**
This is a few steps away from the place where the hardy hydrate before they start up that long trail! Log only, so BYOP. The new cache placement is a little tricky to avoid frequent muggles, but experienced cachers will find it fairly easily, we hope! Be careful when re-hiding it so that the many trail-muggles here don't see you! Thanks!
As of December 2016, I've had to replace the cache with a different container after the last one went missing. The coordinates are unchanged, but the container is now of a different type, still log only.
