Magoon Creek Trail Traditional Cache
-allenite-: As there's been no response from the cache owner to my previous note, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. Please note that if geocaches are archived by a reviewer or Geocaching HQ for lack of maintenance, they are not eligible for unarchival.

If you park at the main gate, it is a easy 8 minute walk on a well marked groomed trail to the cache. After finding the cache you can continue on the trail which loops around and brings you back to the main gate. For easier access park at coordinate: N 44* 11.745 W 086* 22.249 The cache is a small rubber maid container painted bronze. Original contents: small football, pez dispenser, jacks, nylon cords, golf ball, Kohler key chain, dice, duck magnet, pencil, Billy Joel CD, and log book. There is also a disposable camera. Take a picture and replace camera. Please post when the camera is full. Main gate to this park is locked at dark. Magoon Creek Sunset cache is located nearby. Magoon Creek Natural Area is located just S. of Manistee off Red Apple Rd.
