Chestnuthill Township in northeastern Pennsylvania has recently purchased some properties for parks and as geocachers, we want to help them clean them, especially for geocachers!
Come help clean up the new 400 acre park on Saturday, May 14, 2005 (rain date is May 21) and then enjoy some breakfast items, and a little micro caching adventure. Starting at 7:30am, we will meet at the above coordinates which are those of the Chestnuthill Township Municipal Building on route 715.
Put a watch on this cache and as May 14 approaches, we will post updates. And sign up early so we can provide the township some idea of the number of gloves to bring.
Anyone who is interested in creating a permanent cache site that would be introduced at this event is welcome. That just means getting one approved and having the approver (more than likely MissPlaced) save it for posting on the internet until the day after the event. Only attendees will receive the new coords the day of the event. Please email the coords before May 13 at 10pm so that I can put them all on one sheet (we're saving paper). As usual, travel bugs are welcome.
