SniperChicken: "This is a must see and do for anyone caching in the
area."
I grew up in the midtown area, and until I had a family and
moved to Collierville, I was content to live in the Cooper-Young
area. I still love this area. I drop by the coffee shop just to the
north of this location nearly every day. One of the things I miss
most about this area is that it is rich with community, artistic
expression and individuality.
This particular piece of artwork was commissioned by the
neighborhood assosciation, and crafted by an excellent artist, Jill
Turman. More details are listed on the placque at the base of the
trestle.
When hunting this geocache, please be very careful. I do not
want to discourage anyone from hunting it, but it is not a good
idea to go after it if it is wet, icy, after dark, or any
combination of the three. Beware of muggles. You will likely be
seen retrieving the 'cache. With careful timing, you should be
fine.
