Pros - nice easy walk in the woods on a dry day. Can be muddy and slick in the wet season (that can be fun too, squish squish squish).
Cons - mosquitos, some nettles, reception may be spotty.

Park at WPT 1. Walk around the white gate at WPT 2. Go up the hill to WPT 3. Stay to the left and follow the trail to WPT 4. Take the trail on the left. Continue past the moss covered log lying diagonally across the trail and onto the cache at WPT 5. The cache is an ammo box about 25 to 30 feet off the trail. Feel free to take or swap a book or books.
