This is the second Kent Wildlife Trust cache and is located in Cromers Wood between Tunstall and Rodmersham. Car parking is at N51 18.648 E000 44 008. It's very flat and the paths are well used but it can be muddy.
The cache is of the regular tuperware container type and if full of badges, rubbers, pens, tie pins and other bits and bobs - all with a wildlife theme.
Cromers wood it's self is 28 hectares of Semi-natural woodland and has over 39 species of breeding birds, 17 species of mammal and countless plants and fungi. There is a hide overlooking a small pond and the site is perfect for cache hounds (please tidy up any presents they may leave though!).
