2/15/16 I replaced the cache today, but left the burned up ammo can as a reminder of the Springs fire.
Two of the coolest people on the planet... That is who this cache is for. Just genuine, real and down to earth. We have met alot of people through this hobby, and made some good friendships along the way. So this cache is to honor the achievment of reaching 1000 finds. (whichever cache that was) It will do you guys good to know that some of your other friends sold you out as well as helped stock the cache. Special thanks go to The Pezcachers (Ken and Jill) and Garminarmin (Mark and Valerie) This cache would have been placed sooner had the mail done it's job and if there was anyplace in Moorpark to hide a cache... sheeeesh! As it usually turns out, everything happens for a reason, and the delay caused us to end up in one of the most pristine areas around, Serrano canyon. This is the first time in my memory that I have hiked at least eight miles and not seen a soul. So Paul and Suzanne (AKA two of the coolest people on the planet) we hope you not only enjoy your cache and it's contents, but the beautiful area surrounding it. Congratulations!!!
