Kelly Cut Walk - Scotties McClue

A straight forward trail along the Kelly Cut behind Wemyss Bay and Inverkip. Access to the area is by a track which starts at either Cornalees visitor centre or at Weymss Bay. Pick a good day as the views are brilliant.
This one could be reached from two points. The cache is located approx. midway between either. I`d recommend Cornalees Bridge Car Park as a starting point. It`s a fair hike to the cache but well worth it for the views alone.
I would recommend a stop off at N55.52.625 W004.50.598. Mo and I had one of Big Als speciality rolls for lunch here and sat behind a retaining wall that kept the wind off us.
Another different perspective of the Clyde Estuary. I was amazed at how The Cloche Lighthouse looked from here. Watch out for the swallows in May and the marsh harriers.
