Project Bluebook: Alien Abduction Traditional Cache

kewnsue: Well the geothief struck again! 3 times in 3 days I went to check on my caches only to find them gone. This one I guess could have been muggled but since it's close proximity to my Key Chain cache, which I know a geocacher, stole this one has to have been stolen by the same cacher.

Too bad, this was my favorite write up. I can't replace it because it will just get stolen again like my Margaritaville cache was.

I am glad I archived Phoenix last year or that ammo box would surely be gone.

Geocache Description:

In an area of the Santa Ana wash where strange things have taken place.

It was August 1951 and I was 21. I went hiking to just gather my thoughts.

It was early evening on a warm summer's night. The area was desolate so I thought this would be a good place to sit and think.

While deep in thought a bright object approached from the north following the road. At first I thought it was a Semi Tractor trailer but soon realized that this object was making a sound like I have never heard. Then this "object" stopped right above me. I thought about running but I was so intrigued that I stayed to see what it was.

"Is it a special government project from the nearby Mentone rocket fuel plant?" I thought. But yet no air was being emitted from this object.

Well needless to say I started getting scared. I got up to walk slowly away but couldn't. The light this "object" had shone on me would not let me move.

The next thing I knew I was inside this room that looked similiar to a labratory but different. As I sat up to get a better look at my surroundings a door opened...if you can call that a door. This "being" came in and said something to me that was unintelligible. I said one word "HUH?" before he came to me and shoved this tiny round object in my ear. I screamed with pain but yet did not hurt. It was then that I could understand what this "being" was saying.

Well the ensuing discussion led me to believe that I was there for "observation and study". Of what I had yet to learn.

After what I thought was a few years of this "probing and studying" I had gained the friendship of one of the lab helpers. I was able to talk him in to helping me escape. The date was set. It was the day off for one of my regular "watchers" and my new friend was assigned to watch me for the night. He, at least I think it was a he, came in and said lets go and off we went but not before I grabbed some of the alien specimens from the lab. He told me "No! We didn't have time" and that he had to bribe the transport officer to agree to beam us down. I said "US?"! He said "yep, us three!" At that point I didn't care, I grabbed the alien specimens and ran. About 3 minutes later I was back at where I had been abducted but instead of 1951 it was 1979 and I hadn't aged!!! There are some good things about being abducted!!!

They are the specimens I had taken from the ship. They are now yours to keep.
But be warned....The reason why he didn't want me to take these specimens was that the Aliens are able to track them.

I am getting rid of these because of recent encounters I have had with aliens trying to retrieve these things and I will say this...It hadn't been pretty.
