This cache is hidden in Vernon, NJ on State of NJ Park lands. The terrain is flat with dirt or gravel composition.
There are 2 approaches. This cache area was found while hiding another cache. There are multiple caches in the area; some qualifying as quick grabs/lunchtime caches, while others require more walking, more challenge and changing terrain.
The name came from the impression received as we walked northbound on the trail, and, is from an item featured in "WEIRD NJ" magazine. From a southbound approach, after finding the cache, continue southbound a little longer, then turn around - you will see why this name was chosen.
This cache can be approached from 2 directions as it borders on the Appalachian Trail in Vernon, NJ. Approaches can be made from either Canal Road or Bucky Road, with Bucky Road being closer.
