This cache is on a back-road in Harrison County.

This one's a two-parter. The trick will be to find which combination of roads lead you to the site. Once you've found the site, the cache should be easy to find.
The cache can be found using public streets - no gated or dirt roads.
Container is medium-sized plastic, big enough for camera (take your own picture), pens/pencils, and a few other items.
