Cache is located near Green Bay campground along Lake Pend Oreille. About a 5 minute walk from the parking area. Beautiful lake vistas from this vantage point.
Cache is placed on public land, just a couple hundred feet away from the Green Bay Campground. This area has a great view of the lake and also offers hiking/biking trails along with several nice campsites.
Directions -> at Garfield Bay, take Garfield Bay Cut Off road toward Green Bay. Take a right onto Green Bay road and follow signs for 2 miles. At the campgound, bear right at the fork in the road and park in the lot. Follow the path to the lake (100 yards), then follow your GPSr another 50 yards to the cache.
Kid Alert - this cache area unsafe for young children = Lake & cliffs nearby.
