Since this cache was so hard to find, I switched the container to a larger one to make this an Urban Travel Bug Motel.
I had to archive Launch Pad because it was frequently muggled. This placement is more secure. The best reading I could get in that area was within 47 feet. It may just be the building or a combination of that and the heavy cloud cover. I'm sure whoever finds it first will post the coords they have.
