Geocache Description:

An easy walk with good paths. Push chairs should be OK, wheelchairs may have difficulty.

The above co-ordinates are for suggested parking and are not the co-ordinates for the micro cache placed.
The Betty Eastwood Memorial Park was set up by Crigglestone Parish Council. It is on the site of the former Crigglestone Colliery and also contains a memorial to all the miners who lost their lives at the pit. The nature of the ground has meant that parts of the park have struggled to become established in respect of the growth of flora and fauna. Some is in the process of being redeveloped.
This is now a single micro cache and contains part of the co-ordinates for "A Wander in Seckar Woods".
