This cache may be impossible to attempt if there are muggles
about but you might be watched even if there are not.
Edit 11.20.05: This AWOL cache is being replaced today
with an "evil blinkie"...very small (think large pencil eraser).
Bring your own writing instrument and please sign and replace the
scroll very carefully. Hopefully this one will not get muggled.
I'm placing this relatively easy cache at this location because
it's close to US 30 and US 63 and as a bonus for those who
hunt/find "The ODDiTies Reloaded". That cache has proven to be
difficult for some so this blinkie is here to entice cachers to
