You will be traveling over the area of the once popular
Rotary Park
swimming and picnic site of the 50-60's. The park has since
fallen
into disrepair, but talk continues of usage as a hiking trail
connected to Wenthworth Park. Used to
swim here as a child. You can
still see the remains of the high diving board, canteen slab on
the
hill and the two dams and sluice. There are many trails to lead
you.
