ON GOSHEN POND Multi-Cache

Your journey will begin @ a popular launching spot. This a night vision version of a boater’s multi. All stages can be had from your boat, well most of the year. The first two stages are 3 reflective dots on maple trees. The first reflective markers will put you in range of the second set of markers. Near the second set of markers U will discover the cords for the final stage, and yes it is that far away. The final stage and cache location is marked by two reflective dots. As I said all location can be reached by boat only and can be accessed from the reaches of your craft of choice. In other words I made the caches easy to get to.
I am new @ the boating thing, having just recently re-discovered the pines via boat. Thanks to Tom, Jane Doe and the Biscutman for the inspiration to place a challenging boater’s special, and the boating knowledge base.
OK now for the skinny on the cache. My suggestions to accomplish this cache and come back to cache another day would be:
1) Wear your Personal Floatation device.
2) Bring along a STRONG light, a Q-beam is a really good idea. I have also had my head light ’on’ too.
3) Take some time to get familiar with Goshen Pond, B4 your go boating by night. There are water
obstacles and some water hazards.
4) Lots of rechargeable batteries are also a very good idea, and starting with a fresh set is also
recommended.
Anyhow have fun, Be safe on your trip, and be very aware of your surroundings ! ! ! Please wear BLAZE ORANGE in season. Thanks for taking your time to cache with me ! M.I.L.
