Tentative schedule for the First Annual Geocacher's Picnic will be:
10 am - Setup
Caching Games until 1 pm
1 pm Potluck
Hang out and visit until ?

The park has a lot of things for us to use, including a Softball Field, Basketball Court, Pavilion with several picnic tables, Grill (if you have a small one you can bring, please do!), Hiking Trails, Playground equipment (swings, slides, etc.), Bathroom facilities with running water, Electricity (limited, but available), Lots of Parking, Lots of shade, Lots of room to play!!

Please be sure to bring:
Dish to pass
Your own meat to grill (or whatever you like)
Your own drinks
Table service
Lawn Chairs
Softball, basketball, frisbee, badminton (if we can find a net), whatever equipment you want!
And obviously you will need your GPS and Caching stuff!!

We are planning on having a Travel Bug Exchange, so be sure to bring any bugs that need moved along, and we are planning a poker run (details to follow). If you would like to donate something to the prize table, be sure to let us know.
