Geocache Description:

The cache is hidden within a disused quarry. You must obey all signs and stick to the paths.
Keep children by your side and dogs on leads at all times.

This is the third in our series of caches named after our Lancashire Heelers,the first being Dotties Delight , the second being Mr Beans Cache and the fourth being Megs Mansion.

The cache co-ords were obtained after taking an average of 350 readings with 10.7ft accuracy using a Garmin60CS

Recommended car parking is at N53 41.314 W002 12.381

From the recommended car parking follow the signs for the quarry walk and then the viewpoint signs.

Feel free to take a geocaching smashed penny from the limited supply in the cache (a black ammo box).
