After almost being caught by Olaf at the Reptile Room I decided to go back to the Bad Beginning. While near there I undercovered an old graveyard. The only way to get to the cache is to go to an old set of stairs(N 39 04.859 W 077 06.916). That's the only way to get to the cache.
