MightyDee: looks like it's gone out with the tides, perhaps somewhere in the world this one is laying washed up on a beach

To get there you must go along the coast line from the western most
parking lot sometimes having to wade through the tidepools. Pay
attention to the warnings about the unstable cliffs. Do not try to
climb down the cliffs. Use the stairs along the path to access the
beach. Parking at the State Park requires a fee. My girls wanted
the cache to keep a beach theme, so it is starting out with a bunch
of shells and rocks.
Consult a tide table before attempting this cache. I would suggest
low tide. Even then expect to get wet. The rocks you have to climb
to get there look difficult, but I hid the cache with my 8 and 4
year olds while carying my 1.5 year old. Do not attempt during
inclemet weather or heavy surf. The cache is easily reachable
without having your feet leave the sand (or driftwood) of the
beach. Do not try climbing up the cliff, they are unstable and
easily eroded.
