Along the Tar River in Rocky Mount lurks the 'River Rat'. Just watch your step as you search for this one. 'Rat' hides out among the slithery things and the three-leaf vegetation. You may have to search a little for this one. Coords are based on an average due to the heavy tree canopy. Once you're in the right area you'll figure it out.
