Lake Hope Well Trail. Elev 690Ft Easy cache to get to just off a short trail
My family and I were visiting Lake Hope and on the way there my son said, "Lets make a cache" so with the few things we already had in the car a cache was born.
Lake Hope is a real little gem. A nice clean lake and park with a history of iron mining.
We found a trail at the end of the picnic grove road and followed that. There was an old well on the trail and hence the name.
The cace is a rubbermaid type box with a log and few trinkits. I have family nearby and will stop to check up on the cache from time to time. There are park employees who know that the cache is here.
