Located in Copper Falls Park on the Garden City Rd. between Eagle Harbor and Eagle River.
The cache is a camo painted coffee can. Not much starting contents if any. It is hidden near the hiking trail that goes north of the park. The park is very neat. There is an accessible watch tower and a spring. May the first one who finds "Copper Falls" have all rights to a geocache there. Psh, good luck finding it! As always, hide the cache better than you found it and if you can post some pictures.
