Another hide beside Rapid Creek along the bike path. Depending on water flow you might get your toes wet, but the cache is within reach of a person 5-feet tall from the bike path.
The parks and rec folks have a new method of keeping the ballast in place beside the creek. They somehow wrap interlocked wiring around the rocks once they are in place. There is no need to do a lot of climbing as the rocks that aren't bound by wires ARE NOT stable and have a tendancy to tip. Don't give yourself a hernia moving boulders as the cache is hidden by less than two pounds of camoflauge.
