Pieman: After the DNF I had a look for the cache today and the logs that the cache was hidden in have gone. Reading some of the found logs it may be that the logs disappeared a while ago and the cache has been relocated but I couldn't find it, so I think it is time to archive.

The coordinates above are not the cache location... they are nearby somewhere you might like to pick up a snack and some petrol whilst out caching in the area.

From time to time you come across people who like to go out with a bang! This cache is dedicated to Alfred, and you could say that he redefined that very term. At his party, the energy was electric, and you can tell that it would go on for years Some of the guests at the party were closest to his heart and his passion in life - Zernike, Wien, Planck and Lenard. Turning up a little later were Kilby, Millikan, Glaser and Charpak. The guests got together and suggested this cache in honour of Alfred... YOU WILL NEED TO USE STEALTH IN ORDER TO RETRIEVE THE CACHE... THERE ARE MANY MUGGLES AROUND HERE.... We would rather you record a DNF than compromise the cache Hope you enjoy it!
