This is a simple offset cache, the above
co-ordinates are for a micro cache, which contains the co-ordinates
for the final. The GPS cover here is not good so I have
increased the difficulty level to reflect this. Be prepared for a
wet muddy walk even in dry weather.
The railway used to pass through Harpford
woods on its way to Sidmouth from the main line at
Feniton, it must have been a very scenic journey!
Suggested parking is at Woods Farm (beside the
recycling centre)N50 42.598 W003 16.213. (The same starting point
as for Woodbury Walker’s – Beacon View Cache.)
GPS coverage at the micro cache is very poor
so I will give you an additional Co-ordinate, N50 42.323 W003
16.486, the micro is 60 paces from here in the obvious
direction.
